Global Compliance, Sanctions & AML Policy

1-Introduction

JetMate Aviation is unconditionally committed to conducting all global business activities in strict compliance with international aviation regulations, banking compliance standards, and global sanctions frameworks. This statement outlines our operational scope, rigorous compliance protocols, and absolute adherence to legal and financial requirements, ensuring full transparency for our financial partners, suppliers, and clients.

2-Scope of Operations & Complete Liability Disclaimer Civil and Commercial Aviation Only:

JetMate Aviation operates exclusively in the civilian and commercial aviation sectors. Our support services include flight permits (overflight, landing, take-off), ground handling coordination, fuel arrangements, flight planning, dispatch support, and charter brokerage.

Coordination Role and Absolute Disclaimer of Liability:

JetMate Aviation acts exclusively as an independent flight services coordinator and broker. We do not own or operate aircraft, nor do we exercise physical control over flight operations, aircraft contents, or crew decisions. Consequently, JetMate Aviation unequivocally disclaims any legal or financial liability for violations, irregularities, or inaccuracies committed by aircraft operators, clients, or third parties. This complete disclaimer of liability explicitly covers, but is not limited to:

  • Passengers and Cargo: Any violations or discrepancies regarding passenger identities, legal status, visa/security requirements, as well as the nature, classification, or unauthorized transport of restricted or prohibited cargo.
  • Destinations and Flight Routing: Unauthorized deviations, unapproved stops, or changes to the agreed flight path and final destinations.
  • Aircraft Airworthiness: Aircraft certification, maintenance status, and overall airworthiness.
  • Regulatory Adherence: Any failure by the operator to comply with local, national, or international aviation, customs, and security regulations.

The ultimate and exclusive responsibility for compliance with all laws pertaining to the aircraft, its passengers, cargo, and routing rests entirely with the actual Aircraft Operator and the direct client.

3-Strict Adherence to International Sanctions

JetMate Aviation maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any breach of international sanctions. We strictly adhere to all applicable sanctions regimes, including:

  • United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
  • European Union (EU) Restrictive Measures.
  • United Nations Security Council (UNSC) Sanctions.
  • UK Her Majesty’s Treasury (HMT) Sanctions.

We do not provide services, coordinate flights, or facilitate financial transactions involving countries, regions, airports, entities, or individuals subject to comprehensive international sanctions. All prospective operations and financial transactions undergo a rigorous, case-by-case compliance review prior to any service agreement.

4-Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Know Your Customer (KYC)

To satisfy international banking compliance standards, JetMate Aviation enforces strict AML and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CFT) protocols.

  • KYC/KYB Verification: Before engaging in any business relationship, we conduct thorough Due Diligence to verify the identities of our clients, operators, and suppliers.
  • Financial Integrity: We ensure that all financial transactions are transparent and processed through legitimate, recognized financial institutions. We do not accept or route payments through sanctioned entities or high-risk, unverified third parties.

5-Military, Defense & Dual-Use Goods Restrictions

JetMate Aviation explicitly prohibits the use of its services for the operational, logistical, or ground support of military, defense, or armed forces flights. Furthermore, in accordance with ICAO and IATA Dangerous Goods regulations, we strictly monitor cargo descriptions to prevent the transport of prohibited items, unauthorized munitions, or unapproved Dual-Use Goods (items with both civilian and military applications).

6-Website Content & Informational Disclaimers

Certain pages, articles, or location directories on the JetMate Aviation website may describe aviation operations globally, including regions currently facing restrictions or armed conflicts.

  • Informational Purposes Only: These pages are maintained exclusively for general aviation industry reference and SEO purposes.
  • No Active Operations: At no time do these informational pages indicate active operations, contracts, or service offerings by JetMate Aviation in restricted, embargoed, or sanctioned jurisdictions. We comply with all international laws immediately upon their issuance, regardless of real-time website updates.

7-Right of Termination

JetMate Aviation reserves the absolute right to immediately terminate any service, withhold coordination, or cancel an agreement without prior notice or liability if we suspect, discover, or are informed of any potential violation of sanctions, AML regulations, or international aviation laws by an operator, client, or partner.
