Operational Role & Liability Disclaimer: JetMate Aviation acts strictly as an independent flight services coordinator and broker. We do not own, operate, or command aircraft, nor do we exercise physical control over flight operations, crew decision-making, or cargo loading. Consequently, the ultimate legal and financial responsibility for the flight rests entirely with the Aircraft Operator. JetMate Aviation unequivocally disclaims any liability for violations committed by operators or third parties, including but not limited to:

• Passengers & Cargo: Discrepancies in passenger identities, visa requirements, or the unauthorized transport of restricted, undeclared, or prohibited cargo.
• Flight Routing: Unauthorized deviations, unapproved technical stops, or alterations to the cleared flight path.
• Airworthiness: The maintenance status, certification, and technical safety of the aircraft.
• Regulatory Adherence: The operator’s failure to comply with local, national, or international customs, security, and civil aviation laws.

3. Strict Adherence to International Sanctions

JetMate Aviation enforces a zero-tolerance mandate regarding any breach of international sanctions. We systematically screen our operations to ensure full compliance with the restrictive measures and embargoes enforced by:
